Biographie
Ancien grand reporter pour France 2, Kristian Autain n’a cessé de sillonner la planète pour la photographier et la filmer.
Photographe de l’instantané inspiré par Henri Cartier-Bresson, il a réalisé plusieurs expositions personnelles en noir et blanc qui mettent en scène l’être humain dans son environnement immédiat. La plus emblématique de son travail, la série « Planète Plage » a été exposée en France et à l’étranger.
En 2023 il présente à la galerie Rastoll à Paris « Almendrones », sa première série en couleurs réalisée au cours de nombreux séjours à Cuba.
Biography
Former senior reporter on French tv, Kristian Autain has continued to travel the planet to photograph and film it. As a snapshot photographer inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson, he has produced several personal exhibitions in black and white which depict human beings in their immediate environment. The most emblematic of his work, the “Planète Plage” series has been exhibited twice in France and abroad.
In 2023 he presents “Almendrones” at the Rastoll gallery, his first color series created during numerous stays in Cuba.
